The newest installment of the Tales series - Tales of Vesperia - is now playable in demo form on the XBox Live marketplace, so fire up your consoles and get a special taste of what this game will be like! This game is planned for release on the Xbox 360 on August 26th.

Square-Enix announced at E3 that Last Remnant will be hitting shelves on November 20th, 2008 worldwide. This release will be exclusive to the XBox 360. However, Square Enix President Yoichi also announced that a PC and PS3 launch is also planned, but there is no current release date.

At E3 this year Square-Enix announced that Final Fantasy XIII, the next installment in the main Final Fantasy series will be coming out not only for the Playstation 3 system but also for the XBOX360. There is a catch, though. FF13 will not be released on the Xbox 360 outside of it’s home country of Japan! The release for the Xbox 360 version is only for the European and American audiences, where XBox 360 is popular. Square-Enix states that they wish to reach a broader audience with this move, allowing more fans to play the title without having to have a PS3 if they do not own one. However, Version XIII will remain playstation 3 exclusive.

Atlus USA recently announced that, yes, Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 will be released in the USA on December 9th, 2008 - just in time for the Holiday Season. So how will you spend your Christmas? With friends? Family? Out enjoying the festive mood? Not me. I’ll be inside playing this baby!

Not only that, but it will be a mere $39.99, packaged with a bonus soundtrack CD.

Oh, yeah. Square can’t get enough of these Chocobo Dungeon games, can they? This is proven in the fact that they have announced two new DS based Chocobo Dungeon titles: Chocobo to Mahou no Ehon: Majo to Shoujo to 5nin no Yuusha and Chocobo to Mahou no Ehon.

They will be here in the fall and winter - only in Japan for now, of course. Cute? Will it be? Of course. It’s a pair of chocobo games.

Sega’s new Nintendo DS RPG had some new scans released for it this week. With pretty pictures, information about characters, and tidbits on the story, gamers learnt just a bit more about this little 2D game. However, these were Japanese gamers who learnt all this - and what about us? Well, we get to still look at the pretty pictures.

New information about the Square-Enix title, The Last Remnant, has surfaced. This game was originally hyped to be released on the Playstation 3, but now, Square-Enix has announced that The Last Remnant will first be released on the XBOX360 console. A later PS3 Released is said to be underway, but there is no promises! The good news, though, is that this game will be coming to Japan, Europe, and North America all on the same day this Winter 2008. Or… so they say.
