Some new details from X Edge, the new game in development by Compile Hearts, have been revealed. You should know by now that some characters will be making an appearance in the game, ones from RPG’s such as Disgaea and Ar Tonelico, but there will be a couple of new, lead characters that will be fighting alongside them.

The game’s protagonist is a young man named Kannagi Yuuto. This young man is a “problem child” who is quick to get into fights with those around him. It doesn’t help that he comes from a family that is full of renowned martial arts experts, which makes him well-versed in fighting.

The female lead is a young woman named Mikoto Aiba. Her parents died when she was young and ever since, she has been raised by Yuuto’s family. When she was little, she had the ability to see the presence of souls, but that ability has faded over time. Now, she only sees various nightmares in her dreams.

The producer of this game will be Norihisa Kochiwa while Kenta Sugano will act as the game’s designer.
